new acquisitions...
Even though I have yet to create anything, I have made some recent purchases that hopefully will find their way into an art or craft. Except maybe the antique irons...those are just cool to look at. Note to self: ebay is dangerous...you will buy things you don't need, like antique irons.
Moving on...Provocraft just released some new Cuttlebug embossing folders and I bought this, this and this one. I am especially loving the swiss dots. I also bought some new paper-source stamps that are featured on a new line of letterpressed stationery. I love that they make stamps that match their custom invitations. It makes it really easy to create supporting pieces like matching place cards, menus and anything else you can think of.
One of my favorites fonts ever was recently made into an alpha stamp set by fontwerks. Can you recognize it? All of you font junkies will recognize it as Fling...the set made popular by Blueprint magazine. The next is some soft springy 6x6 cardstock papers by Memorybox. The last photo is of some beautiful cream lace that I got from PS and some adorable satin ribbon that I got here. I have a few more recent buys but I haven't taken pics yet...so stay tuned.
