not single-handedly of course, but yes, for me, crafts are back in a big way. There is something about this little pocket of time after my birthday and before Christmas that my crafty ideas are flowing. Perhaps it has to do with all the talented ladies and gentlemen out there bringing crafty back as well. I am overwhelmed with all the yummy recipes, decor ideas, and everything else that can be whipped up with my own two hands. It is this time of year that I feel especially close to Martha...this time of year that I actually care what wine goes with what...this time of year that I long to smell cinnamon and apples. I admit it's an effort to do that here in the city of angels, but it can be done. One of my favorite forays into crafty goodness is taking and teaching workshops. As I mentioned a few months ago...I am teaching a couple of holiday workshops at Paper Source in Beverly Hills. The first one is in less than two weeks on November 2nd from 10am to 12pm.

Adorable! France, as always, how do you some up with such a sweet and simple style? it's so you. I don't get tired of looking at your creations. Have fun teaching, I'm sure you'll inspire many this Holiday season.
